Push Up Bars

REDUCE PRESSURE ON JOINTS – These elevated push up bars allow you to use full grip rather than palms flat allowing you greater movement and alleviate stress on your wrists & forearms. If you have wrist problems the bars will feel great as it keeps the joint neutral.

BETTER RANGE OF MOTION – Grip on the push up bars allows for greater range of motion for exercises. Full range of motion increases strength significantly more than using a partial range of motion. 

ELEVATE YOUR WORKOUT – Because these push up bars are elevated bars allow for greater depth in your push up.The bars are angled to suit your body positioning as you drop. Also suitable for exercises like mountain climbers, L-sits and tricep dips.

The daily cut-off times for orders dispatched from RPM Power is 12pm. We aim to dispatch orders within the time frames outlined on our Shipping & Deliveries page. All times are measured in business days only and exclude weekends and Republic of Ireland public holidays.

Dispatch and delivery timeframes should be considered as estimates and are not guaranteed. These can vary during peak seasons and end-of-sale periods. We will draw your attention to any dispatch delays that may be occurring during these periods with a notice on our website.

Parcel orders: Small/lightweight items are dispatched via the courier network and automated tracking details will be provided to you. To ensure minimal shipping costs for our customers, some items may arrive in multiple packages. Although dispatched together, these packages can often become separated on their way to you and some may arrive a day later than the others.

 Pallet orders: Heavy/oversized items are dispatched via the pallet network. Please note that there is no tracking reference provided for pallet deliveries and they are kerbside delivery service only meaning that the delivery driver will not bring your item(s) inside your home.
