The new generation Loki Multi-Gym introduces several major engineering upgrades designed to improve cable performance, lifting versatility, space efficiency, and overall usability. Based on customer feedback and continuous product development, the updated model enhances five key areas of the machine while maintaining everything users already love about Loki. Named after the god of trickery in Norse mythology, Multi-Gym Loki boasts a diverse range of exercise options, mirroring the complexity and versatility of the god himself. With its broad array of functionalities and add-ons, Loki is one of the most complete multi-gyms available on the market. The sheer number of exercises you can do with this rack makes it ideal for beginners and pros who want versatility in their training, especially when it comes to isolation exercises. 

ADJUSTABLE WEIGHT RATIO & DUAL STACK: Loki features 2 × 130kg weight stacks (260kg total), now equipped with selectable pulley ratios for greater training control. A redesigned stack with thinner plates and an adjusted frame layout also increases usable cable travel by approximately 0.5m, allowing improved range of motion across cable exercises.  The updated stack design also incorporates thinner weight plates and repositioned frame geometry, increasing usable cable travel by approximately 0.5 metres, allowing greater range of motion across pulldowns, flyes, rows, and functional cable exercises. Using a dual-connector system, users can switch between:

• 2:1 ratio: Smooth, controlled resistance ideal for hypertrophy and precision training

• 1:1 ratio: Direct resistance feel for heavier strength-focused lifting

CABLE CROSSOVER: Benefit from Loki’s dual independent cable pulley systems, engineered with precision aluminium pulleys for exceptionally smooth operation and consistent resistance throughout each repetition. Each pulley can be adjusted vertically across 16 height positions per side, allowing quick adaptation for unilateral or compound exercises. The extended cable length further improves usability for taller athletes and movements requiring greater stretch and extension, making the system more versatile than ever before.

WEIGHT STACK SMITH MACHINE: The Multi-Gym features a built-in Smith machine designed for safe and confident compound lifting. From traditional squats and bench presses to lunges and shoulder presses, the guided bar path ensures stability throughout each movement. Nineteen evenly spaced catch positions (every 8.5cm) provide precise safety adjustment. New to the updated Loki design is stack integration with the Smith rail, allowing users to connect the dual weight stacks directly to the Smith machine. This enables stack-loaded Smith training with up to 260kg total stack resistance (130kg real weight in 2:1 mode), a feature rarely seen in all-in-one multi-gyms.

SPACE CONSCIOUS DESIGN: To suit a wider range of training environments, Loki is now available with an optional 1.8m Smith rail configuration (sold separately here), offering full functionality for users with lower ceilings or limited space. Weight stack performance remains unchanged, allowing customers to maintain full training capability while reducing overall height requirements. Plate sleeves can also be removed for tighter layouts when stack-only training is preferred.

FEATURES & ATTACHMENTS: As the rack with the most features and add-ons in our range, Loki is equipped with multiple removable and integrated attachments for performing at least 50 (we stopped counting after that) compound and isolation exercises.  The updated design now includes enhanced rear storage solutions, allowing cable handles and accessories to be neatly organised and easily accessed, helping maintain a cleaner and more efficient training space. Each attachment is fitted with blue spring pull-pins for easy fixing to the rack. The complete list of attachments and features includes: 

• Pull-Up Bar: A fixed bar atop the frame with five grip options for different pull-ups/chin-ups.  
• Dip station: 2 x removable steel dip station bars with two grip position variations. 
• High landmine sleeve: Perform a range of barbell exercises with the 360⁰ rotating landmine sleeve. 
• Leg press plate: 1 x multi-functional leg press/row bar steel plate with non-slip surface. Clip it onto the Smith machine to perform hack squats, leg press, hip thrusts and more. 
• Jammer arms: 2 x individual plate-loaded jammer arms. Use alone or together with the included connector bar. 
• Foam knee cushion: 1 x durable foam knee cushion for performing split squats, sit ups, lateral pull-downs, elevated crunches and more on your bench. 
• Lower foot plate: For seated rows. 
• Spotter arms: 2 x spotter arms for barbell spotting. 
• J-hooks: 2 x J-hooks for barbell security. 
• Resistance bands hooks: One at the top bar for pull ups + 2 pins on the lower frame.
• Weight plate storage: 4 x rear storage pegs for 2” weight plates. 

ASSEMBLY: All of our multi-gyms are straightforward to assemble. Each rack comes with a detailed instruction manual, and you can find an accompanying step-by-step assembly guide video on RPM Care. DEPENDING ON THE VARIATION YOU CHOOSE, BUNDLES MAY INCLUDE:

• 67.5KG IN WEIGHT PLATES: Depending on the bundle option you choose, the Loki Bundle comes with either 60kg in Essential Olympic Bumper Plates or Elite Olympic Bumper Plates. This is made up of a combination of 2 x 5kg, 2 x 10kg, 2 x 15kg plates. Both bundle options also come with 7.5kg in Tri-Grip Weight Plates (2 x 1.25kg and 2 x 2.5kg). Load them on the Smith Bar or store them on one of the 6 weight plate pegs fixed to the rear of the rack when not in use.
• WEIGHT BENCH: You have the option to add one of two benches to your order: either the P1400 Weight Bench (Essential Bundle) or the U3800 Commercial Weight Bench (Elite Bundle).
• BARBELL COLLARS & PAD: Included in all bundle variations are 2 x cyan lockjaw Barbell Collars for securing loaded weight plates and 1 x aqua foam Barbell Pad for greater comfort when lifting.

ESSENTIAL VS ELITE: What’s the difference between our Essential and Elite Rack Bundles? Essential Bundles include weight plates and barbells from our “Essential” range. These products are designed for use in most standard workout programmes. Elite Bundles include products from our “Elite” range. Elite weight plates are made of thick rubber designed for slamming and hard drops while Elite barbells feature a free-spinning handle: both of these features make Elite products ideal for CrossFit-style workout programmes.

The daily cut-off times for orders dispatched from RPM Power is 12pm. We aim to dispatch orders within the time frames outlined on our Shipping & Deliveries page. All times are measured in business days only and exclude weekends and Republic of Ireland public holidays.

Dispatch and delivery timeframes should be considered as estimates and are not guaranteed. These can vary during peak seasons and end-of-sale periods. We will draw your attention to any dispatch delays that may be occurring during these periods with a notice on our website.

Parcel orders: Small/lightweight items are dispatched via the courier network and automated tracking details will be provided to you. To ensure minimal shipping costs for our customers, some items may arrive in multiple packages. Although dispatched together, these packages can often become separated on their way to you and some may arrive a day later than the others.

 Pallet orders: Heavy/oversized items are dispatched via the pallet network. Please note that there is no tracking reference provided for pallet deliveries and they are kerbside delivery service only meaning that the delivery driver will not bring your item(s) inside your home.
