Multi-Gym ODIN: Assembly & Maintenance
What is the Multi-Gym ODIN?
The Multi-Gym ODIN delivers exceptional training capability per square metre, combining rack-based lifting, pull-ups, lat pulldowns, low rows, integrated storage and modular expansion within one coordinated footprint.
Its mixed-ratio cable system includes a 2:1 front rail pulley powered by a 130kg weight stack, providing 65kg of real resistance, together with 1:1 lat pulldown and low row stations offering the full 130kg of real weight. The aluminium pulley system is engineered for smooth cable travel, consistent movement and durable performance.
Whether you are preparing to assemble your Multi-Gym ODIN or have already made it part of your training space, this guide contains the assembly manuals, setup guidance and maintenance information you need to keep your equipment operating safely and smoothly.
Multi-Gym ODIN Assembly
Assembling your Multi-Gym ODIN is straightforward when the correct manuals are followed in sequence. Begin with the main ODIN Standard Rack Manual, then use the Smith Rail manual that matches the option included with your order.
Before getting started, we recommend the following:
✓ Have a ratchet screwdriver or drill ready, although a spanner will work equally well.
✓ All necessary Allen keys are included with your rack.
✓ Do not fully tighten all bolts immediately. Keeping some flexibility at the beginning makes it easier to align the frame and other components correctly. Once the structure is fully assembled and square, return to each fixing and tighten it securely.
✓ Each cable must remain correctly seated within the groove of every pulley wheel along its complete route. This supports smooth movement and prevents unnecessary wear.
✓ Where possible, assemble the rack with another adult and keep the working area clear throughout installation.
Finally, review all safety information in the relevant instruction PDFs before training. Confirm that all attachments, safety catches and fixings are fully engaged before use. The ODIN should only be used by people familiar with exercise equipment, correct form and safe training practices.

STEP 1 — ALL ODIN RACKS
ODIN Standard Rack Manual
Use this 15-page guide to assemble the main ODIN rack, frame and cable system. All ODIN owners should complete this manual first.
STEP 2A — STANDARD OPTION
Standard Smith Rail Manual
Use this 5-page guide after assembling the main rack if your ODIN order includes the Standard Smith Rail.
STEP 2B — INVERTED / FOLDABLE OPTION
Foldable Smith Rail Manual
Use this 6-page guide after assembling the main rack if your ODIN includes the Inverted/Foldable Smith Rail configuration.
Not sure which Smith Rail manual you need? Check the Smith Rail option shown on your order confirmation. If your order does not include a Smith Rail, you only need the ODIN Standard Rack Manual.
Multi-Gym ODIN Maintenance
Regular maintenance is essential to ensuring your Multi-Gym ODIN continues to perform at its best. Before each use:
- Carry out a visual inspection of the entire unit. Look for wear, loose fittings or damage, and address any issue immediately or contact RPM Power Support for advice or replacement parts.
- Regularly tighten all bolts, screws and nuts, particularly around safety catches, J-hooks, bar holders, attachments and frame joints.
- Inspect all cables for fraying, kinks, misalignment or unusual wear. Stop using any affected station and replace damaged cables immediately.
- Keep the weight stack plates clean, correctly attached and moving smoothly along the guide rods.
- Wipe down the frame and attachments with a soft damp cloth after use to remove sweat, dust and residue. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish.
- If you notice squeaking, stiffness or resistance, apply a suitable silicone-based lubricant to the pulleys, guide rods and weight stack pins in accordance with the manual.
- Check any upholstered components for cracking, tearing or movement and replace damaged parts where necessary.
Consistent maintenance will help ensure your Multi-Gym ODIN remains safe, durable and ready to perform through every workout.
