Choosing the click and collect option allows you to pick up your order from our store in Thurles, Co. Tipperary. Our click and collect policy is as follows:
- Please collect your order within two weeks of purchase. After this two week period should your order still not be collected we will contact you directly as a gentle reminder to please collect. If you do not collect within 1-2 day of this reminder call, your order may be cancelled and refunded.
- For larger orders i.e. rack and bundles, please let us know at least one day in advance of collection to ensure your order will be ready in full for collection.
- Collections can be made Monday-Friday 9-5pm or Saturday 10-4pm
- Collection on a Saturday: Should you wish to collect an order on Saturday please let us know before 2pm Friday at the very latest as we will not have access to the warehouse on Saturday to retrieve additional stock. If you arrive and you have not given us adequate time to prepare your order you may be asked to collect at a later date or alternatively to incur the shipping fee.
