WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PRO AND CLASSIC POWERBALL?
Powerball Classic and Powerball Pro are generally the same in every way, except that Powerball Pro comes with an inbuilt LCD speed counter for tracking spin speeds.
If you purchase a Powerball Classic, but later change your mind and decide you would like a Powerball with a speed counter, you can simply remove the classic ‘cap’ on the Powerball and attach a speed counter. Speed counters may be purchased separately from our online store.

ARE THESE MODELS SUITABLE FOR REHABILITATION?
All of our 280Hz Powerball models are suitable for rehabilitation - in fact, they are amazing at it.
If you’re feeling pain or discomfort in your hand or upper arm - or, if you’ve recently had an injury in this area, then Powerball is for you.
Gently spinning Powerball boosts the circulation of oxygen and nutrients to inflamed or sore areas of the arm (fingers, hand, wrist, forearm and elbow). This in turn relieves pain and repairs the muscle fibres.
It’s important to note that Powerball is a non-impact form of exercise. It’s isometric, which means it will never cause damage or worsen an injury when you use it.
Autostart Powerballs are particularly useful for rehabilitation. They feature a quick-start mechanism which activates the ball in a matter of seconds. You can also roll an Autostart Powerball across a flat surface (such as a table or wall) to start it.
WHAT PARTS OF THE BODY DOES POWERBALL STRENGTHEN?Powerball strengthens the entire kinetic chain of the arm - from fingertip right up to shoulder. 280Hz Powerballs can be used for both strengthening and rehabilitation. However, If you’re interested in serious strengthening only, then we would recommend taking a look at our Metal Series Powerballs as well, as these are built for pure strength training.
Strengthen your wrists for effective injury prevention, develop incredible grip strength and build muscle mass in the arms and shoulders - it’s as easy as picking up a Powerball.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I USE POWERBALL?How often you use Powerball depends entirely on your level of fitness. We recommend using Powerball for at least 3 minutes a day for strengthening purposes. For rehabilitation purposes, we recommend using Powerball for at least 30 seconds (or as much as your injury will allow) and gradually building up to 3-5 minutes from there.
WHAT IS THE FUNCTION OF THE LCD SPEED COUNTER?Autostart Pro models feature a 4-mode LCD speed counter for keeping track of your strength and endurance gains. Monitoring your spin speeds will also help you to measure your strengthening progress and endurance gains. What’s more, the Powerball speed counter records and saves your highest spin speeds so that you can constantly improve on your results and compete against friends for the top score.
