MAXIMUM IMPACT ABSORPTION: Each mat features a dense foam core engineered to absorb force during drops, significantly reducing shock transfer to floors and surrounding structures. This helps protect barbells, bumper plates, and lifting surfaces while allowing athletes to train confidently with heavier loads. Reduced rebound also improves safety by limiting uncontrolled bar movement after impact.

The daily cut-off times for orders dispatched from RPM Power is 12pm. We aim to dispatch orders within the time frames outlined on our Shipping & Deliveries page. All times are measured in business days only and exclude weekends and Republic of Ireland public holidays.

Dispatch and delivery timeframes should be considered as estimates and are not guaranteed. These can vary during peak seasons and end-of-sale periods. We will draw your attention to any dispatch delays that may be occurring during these periods with a notice on our website.

Parcel orders: Small/lightweight items are dispatched via the courier network and automated tracking details will be provided to you. To ensure minimal shipping costs for our customers, some items may arrive in multiple packages. Although dispatched together, these packages can often become separated on their way to you and some may arrive a day later than the others.

 Pallet orders: Heavy/oversized items are dispatched via the pallet network. Please note that there is no tracking reference provided for pallet deliveries and they are kerbside delivery service only meaning that the delivery driver will not bring your item(s) inside your home.
