DUAL PLATE-LOADED PULLEY SYSTEM: Multi-Gym Styker features two plate-loaded cable pulley systems which can be used together or independently of each other. Your weight plates can easily be loaded onto the pulley system for customisable resistance, and when not in use, the plates can be stored on the integrated storage holders. The pulley system is operated by two dual-insulated steel cables that provide constant tension as you lift and lower the weight plates. Both pulleys are height adjustable for maximum exercise variety and can quickly be positioned at any of the 16 settings along the main frame via a pull-pin spring. Styker comes with three different cable attachments to facilitate a range of exercise goals. These include:

• 1 x curved lateral pull-down bar
• 1 x close grip lateral pull-down bar
• 2 x handles with rotating grip

SMITH MACHINE & SPOTTERS: Perform a wide range of exercises with precision and confidence thanks to the integrated self-balanced 20kg Smith bar. Equipped with counter-balanced guide rods and ball race chamber cylinders for silky smooth operation as it rises and lowers, the bar moves smoothly along a fixed vertical plane for better movement control, increased stability and safer lifting. From traditional squats and bench presses to more targeted movements like lunges and shoulder presses: whatever the exercise, as you fatigue and approach failure, simply twist the bar 1/5 of a turn and the spotter hooks on each side immediately engage to lock the bar firmly in place, preventing the barbell from falling and helping to ensure safe spotting throughout your workouts, even with the heaviest of loads. This rack also features catch rods that are spaced evenly every 13cm along the rail in addition to removable spotter arms and J-hooks for further barbell security and peace of mind when exercising.

FEATURES & ATTACHMENTS: Multi-Gym Styker comes with a variety of practical machine attachments for performing different compound and isolation exercises. Many of the free attachments lock into place on the vertical frame with a simple twist movement. The complete list of attachments includes:

• Pull-Up Bar: A fixed bar atop the frame with five grip options for different pull-ups/chin-ups.
• Dip station: 2 x Removable steel dip station bars with two grip position variations
• Landmine sleeve: Perform a range of barbell exercises with the 360⁰ rotating landmine sleeve.
• Lower foot plate: For seated rows.
• Spotter arms: 2 x spotter arms for barbell spotting. 
• J-hooks: 2 x J-hooks for barbell security. 
• T-bar attachment: for performing barbell exercises.
• Weight plate storage: 2 x rear storage pegs for 2” weight plates. 

ASSEMBLY: All of our multi-gyms are straightforward to assemble. Each rack comes with a detailed instruction manual. We offer installation services on many of our larger racks, including Styker. See the “Specifications” section below for more details.

BUNDLE ITEMS:

• 107.5KG IN WEIGHT PLATES: Depending on the bundle option you choose, Multi-Gym bundles comes with either 100kg in Essential Olympic Bumper Plates or Elite Olympic Bumper Plates. This is made up of a combination of 2 x 5kg, 2 x 10kg, 2 x 15kg and 2 x 25kg black plates. Both bundle options also come with 7.5kg in Tri-Grip Weight Plates (2 x 1.25kg and 2 x 2.5kg). Load them on the Smith Bar or included 7ft Barbell.
• 7FT 20KG BARBELL: Bundles include either an Essential 7ft/2200mm Silver Barbell  or an Elite 7ft/2200mm Silver Barbell. Providing an extra 20kg to your set up, secure the barbell to the Styker rack via the included J-hooks and spotter arms, or combine it with the 360⁰ landmine sleeve to perform a range of extended exercises. When not in use, the barbell can neatly be stored upright in the holder at the rear of the rack.
• HEAVY-DUTY BENCH: You have the option to add one of two heavy-duty bench options to your order: either the U4200 Weight Bench (Elite Bundle) or the P2400 Weight Bench (Essential Bundle).
• BARBELL COLLARS & PAD: Also included in the bundle are 2 x blue lockjaw Barbell Collars for securing loaded weight plates and 1 x blue foam Barbell Pad for greater comfort when lifting.

ESSENTIAL VS ELITE: What’s the difference between our Essential and Elite Rack Bundles? Essential Bundles include weight plates and barbells from our “Essential” range. These products are designed for use in most standard workout programmes. Elite Bundles include products from our “Elite” range. Elite weight plates are made of thick rubber designed for slamming and hard drops while Elite barbells feature a free-spinning handle: both of these features make Elite products ideal for CrossFit-style workout programmes.

What is covered during the guarantee period?

•  Spare parts free of charge provided the purchaser can provide sufficient, timely evidence of missing/defective parts
•  Products purchased directly through the RPM Power® website
