OPTIMISED DEADLIFTS:  The hexagonal frame allows lifters to stand centrally within the bar, aligning the load closer to the body’s centre of gravity. Parcel orders: Small/lightweight items are dispatched via the courier network and automated tracking details will be provided to you. To ensure minimal shipping costs for our customers, some items may arrive in multiple packages. Although dispatched together, these packages can often become separated on their way to you and some may arrive a day later than the others.

 Pallet orders: Heavy/oversized items are dispatched via the pallet network. Please note that there is no tracking reference provided for pallet deliveries and they are kerbside delivery service only meaning that the delivery driver will not bring your item(s) inside your home.
