Whether you’re considering the Multi-Gym Loki or have already made it part of your home gym, this guide will walk you through everything you need to know about assembly, maintenance and safe operation.
Multi-Gym Loki Assembly
Assembling Loki 2.0 is straightforward with our comprehensive instruction manual, designed to guide you clearly through every stage of the process. A step-by-step assembly video is currently in editing and will be available August 2026. We recommend the following tips for assembly:
✓ Have a ratchet screwdriver or drill ready, although a spanner will work equally well.
✓ All necessary Allen keys are included with your rack.
✓ Remember not to fully tighten all bolts immediately. Keeping some flexibility at the start will make it easier to align all components correctly. Once the frame is fully assembled and aligned, go back and tighten everything securely.
✓ Each cable should be seated correctly within the groove of the idler pulley wheels along its entire route. This ensures smooth and consistent movement during workouts and prevents unnecessary wear.
Finally, review the safety information included in the instruction PDF before training. The Loki should only be used by those already familiar with exercise equipment and proper form and safety techniques. Adhering to these guidelines ensures both effective and secure workouts every time.
Multi-Gym Loki Maintenance
Regular maintenance is key to ensuring your Multi-Gym Loki continues to perform at its best. Before each use:
- Carry out a visual inspection of the entire unit. Look for any signs of wear, loose fittings, or damage, and address them immediately or contact RPM Power Support for advice or replacement parts.
- Make sure to tighten all bolts, screws, and nuts regularly, especially in high-stress areas such as safety catches, J-hooks, spotter arms, and frame joints. Even minor loosening can compromise the machine’s stability and your safety.
- Inspect the cables frequently for fraying, kinks, or wear, and replace any damaged cables right away. Replacement cables can be purchased directly from RPM Power.
- Keep the weight stacks clean and ensure all plates are firmly attached and moving smoothly.
- Wipe down the frame and attachments with a soft damp cloth after each session to remove sweat, dust, and residue. Avoid abrasive cleaners that might harm the finish
- Apply a silicone-based lubricant to the pulleys, guide rods, and weight stack pins if you notice any squeaking, stiffness or resistance during use — this helps maintain smooth operation and reduces wear.
- Finally, check all upholstered parts — such as knee cushions and seat pads — for cracks or tears, and replace them if necessary.
Consistent maintenance will ensure your Multi-Gym Loki remains safe, durable, and ready to perform — no matter how complex or challenging your workouts become.
