FULLY INTERACTIVE: Both the Swan Exercise Bike and the X1 Treadmill are fully interactive with the FREE MERACH APP. The Merach app allows you to have your own personal instructor from the comfort of your home with a huge variety of classes available to chosen from. Simply Connect your device via Bluetooth to the machine and go – the Bike / Treadmill will do the rest- adjusting the resistance level automatically as your chosen class intensifies or alleviates. The app will also display your workout data, provide scenic training programs, measure exercise duration, calories burned and much more.

SWAN BIKE: The Swan Smart Bike features 32 levels of electromagnetic resistance, racing style handles with four different positions and an LCD monitor displaying speed, time, distance, calories so you can keep on top of your workout.

TREADMILL: The X1 Treadmill is ideal for interval training with a quick dash bar allowing you to rapidly adapt your training session. This smart treadmill also features 18 incline levels, a high-power ultra silent motor and it’s foldable making it easy to store away.

We dispatch all orders Monday to Friday (except public and national holidays) within 24 hours.

During peak periods (Christmas etc.) we will do everything we can to dispatch your order so that it is received within 3-5 business days, however, orders may be delayed due to very high volume of orders.

Palet Delivery Information:

Larger products, such as rowing machines, exercise bikes, heavy dumbbells and all products weighing over 45kg are always delivered on a palet. Please note that there is no tracking reference for palet delivery but once dispatched, orders should arrive in 2 -5 business days. Deliveries of these large items are kerbside delivery service ONLY meaning that the delivery driver will NOT bring your item inside.

In order to ensure the minimal cost for customers ordering multiple items, some items may arrive in more than 1 delivery. Please check the status of all tracking number(s) provided prior to contacting us

The guarantee period commences when the item has been delivered to the purchaser or user.

What is covered during the guarantee period?

✔ Malfunction defects that are a direct result of a manufacturing issue(s)

✔ Spare parts free of charge provided the purchaser can provide sufficient, timely evidence of missing/defective parts

✔ Products purchased directly through the RPM Power® website

RPM Power® reserves the right to determine what constitutes manufacturing defects as well as wear and tear.

A guarantee does not cover products for commercial use and is non-transferable to a third party.
