SMITH MACHINE: The built in Smith Machine features a self-balanced 20kg barbell to ensure ultimate safety as you lift. Equipped with counter balanced guide rods and ball race chamber cylinders for silky smooth operation as it rises and lowers, the bar moves smoothly along a fixed vertical plane for more effective isolation exercise, increased stability and safer lifting. Catch rods are spaced evenly every 13cm along the rail; as you fatigue and approach failure, simply twist the bar 1/5 of a turn and the spotter hooks on each side immediately engage to lock the bar firmly in place, preventing the barbell from falling and helping to ensure safe spotting throughout your workouts, even with the heaviest of loads.

P2400 WEIGHT BENCH: Featuring 14 different back positions to adjust, the seat of this semi-commercial weight bench can be set in 3 different positions, making it the perfect FID weight bench (Flat, Incline & Decline). Made from .33″ commercial steel, the weight bench has a weight capacity of 300kg, making it suitable for beginners and experienced weightlifters alike. Made with 2.5″ High-Density Foam coated in PU leather, ensuring comfortable lifting. Easily maneuver the weight bench with the built-in caster wheels to transport the P2400 around your gym.

DUAL PLATE LOADED PULLEY SYSTEM: This multi-functional rack features two plate loaded pulley systems which can be used jointly or independently of each other. A barbell attachment bar, lat pull down bar and 2 handle grip attachments are included as standard; a large variety of additional attachments are available to further expand your exercise options.

67.5KG WORTH OF WEIGHT PLATES: These essential black bumper plates are durable and long-lasting. The essential range of bumper plates are ideal for movements like bench presses and squats, unlike pour elite range, they are not designed to be repeatedly dropped.  (2 x 1.25kg. 2 x 2.5kg, 2 X 5KG, 2 X 10KG, 2 X 15KG) 

LAT PULL DOWNS: Clip the lat pull-down bar into one of the cable stack pulleys, select your weight with the stainless steel chromed pin bar and start working; the action is smooth, silent and as heavy as you need it to be. Alternatively, perform narrow (or wide) grip chest pull downs / pull outs while standing and using a high, medium or low height position on the adjustable pulley, allowing you attack the muscles from every angle possible, as light as you want or as heavy as you can endure.

DIP STATION AND PULL UP BAR: Two removable steel dip bar handles are included. These lock into place on the vertical frame with a simple twist action. The multi angled / narrow / wide grip pull-up bar on the top frame offers four grip positions to accommodate a variety of pull up options. Rubber over-molding is provided on both dip and pull up bars for enhanced grip during use

Please note that there is no tracking reference for palet delivery but once dispatched, orders should arrive in 2 -5 business days. Deliveries of these large items are kerbside delivery service ONLY meaning that the delivery driver will NOT bring your item inside.

•  Products purchased directly through the RPM Power® website

RPM Power® reserves the right to determine what constitutes manufacturing defects as well as wear and tear.
