How do I return my order?

You can return items purchased from RPM Power within 30 days of receipt of purchase for any reason. Items should be returned to the address printed on your purchase invoice and must be in their original packaging, unused and good merchantable condition. Once your return has been received by RPM Power, provided that above conditions have been met, a refund, less the original shipping cost incurred (if any), will be issued.

It is the recommendation of RPM Power that any such product which is returned for a refund should be sent via a tracked delivery service. RPM Power do not to accept liability for any packages which are lost in transit in the returns process.

The customer is liable for the cost of returning the items to us.
