Can I exchange an order?

You can return a product as per our returns policy (https://rpmpower.com/terms-and-conditions). Any delivery costs associated with returned items are incurred by the customer.

It is the recommendation of RPM Power that any such product which is returned for a refund should be sent via a recorded delivery service so as to ensure its safe arrival as RPM Sports are unable to accept liability for any packages which are lost in transit if being returned.
