The RPM Power Half Rack is a multi-functional Half Squat Rack featuring a Lat Pull-down, Low Row, Dip Station and Torsonator. This Half Rack is the ideal all in one home fitness multi-functional trainer.
400KG CAPACITY: The RPM Power Half-Rack provides the user with the necessary tools to push their limits in a controlled setting so that they can get the most out of their workout. Capable of weight loads of 400kg, this Half Rack is equipped with adjustable height rubber coated J hooks and spotter arms for peace of mind during heavy lifts.
DIPS & PULL UPS: The Half Rack includes 2 adjustable dip handles which can easily be removed once you are finished. The rubber coated handles provide the user with an anti-slip surface, ensuring perfect grip. Combine tricep exercises with the pull-up bar to ensure total upper-body strengthening. Pull up bar accommodates 3 grip positions for varying your pull ups.
PLATE LOADED PULLEY SYSTEM: At the rear of the Half Squat Rack is a plate loaded pulley system using weight plates for the cable latt pull-down station and seated rows. The plate loaded system is balanced, which will minimize friction during use to provide you with an even cable resistance, max load of 150kg. The pull down system can train biceps, triceps, pectoralis major, latissimus dorsi, posterior deltoid muscles and more! The foam padded leg holders provide stability and immobilizing the legs during the latt pull down with a quick-release seat adjustment for convenience.
LANDMINE & STORAGE: This rack comes with a custom built landmine sleeve for 2″ Olympic Bars. Enjoy full 360 degree swivel, full range swivel up and down, up to more than 180 degree in width, which provides multi-directional moves such as thrusters, twists, anti rotations & drives. As well as the basics; squats, rows, deadlifts, RDL’s, lunges and presses. This rack also is equipped with bar & plate storage.
