ADJUSTABLE INCLINE LEVELS – Simple to use with 4 incline levels, the Slant Board can easily be adjusted to your desired incline level and is therefore suitable for injuries at all stages of recovery. Simply slide the support bar through the height settings to vary the incline.

SQUAT DEEPER – This highly durable board acts as a squat ramp/ squat wedge, allowing you to lift heavier loads with heels elevated squats because of improved range of motion and improved neural drive.

STAINLESS STEEL – Built from solid stainless steel with a textured surface for optimum grip. The curved raised base heel support at the base, ensures added support and comfort while exercising/stretching even when used at the highest incline settings.

STRETCH & STRENGTHEN – Placing your foot/feet flat on the Slant Board while maintaining a straight leg is sufficient to actively engage and strengthen the muscles in your foot and lower leg. Perfect for warming up prior to exercise or for stretching out after, the Slant Board gives your muscles a deeply focused stretch that will help prevent injury and can also help rehabilitate injuries such as Plantar Fasciitis, Achilles Heel, Tendonitis and more.

We dispatch all orders Monday to Friday (except public and national holidays) within 24 hours. During peak periods (Christmas etc.) we will do everything we can to dispatch your order so that it is received within 3-5 business days, however, orders may be delayed due to very high volume of orders.

Palet Delivery Information:

Larger products, such as rowing machines, exercise bikes, heavy dumbbells and all products weighing over 45kg are always delivered on a palet. Please note that there is no tracking reference for palet delivery but once dispatched, orders should arrive in 2 -5 business days. Deliveries of these large items are kerbside delivery service ONLY meaning that the delivery driver will NOT bring your item inside.
